Wingman Metrics
The wine list at RPK3 is basically an afterthought — a few laminated lines tucked between the beer taps and cocktail specials. You're at the base of one of the best ski mountains in North America, and the wine program feels like it was assembled by someone who had ten minutes and a Costco membership.
The list tops out at maybe a dozen labels, all leaning on generic California house pours with no producer identity to speak of. There's no regional story here, no nod to interesting producers, no attempt to do anything beyond the absolute minimum. The sparkling option is a basic Prosecco that exists purely to fill a checkbox. Wine is clearly the fourth or fifth priority behind beer, cocktails, food, and probably the playlist.
You get roughly six to eight pours by the glass, anchored by house Cabernet and house Chardonnay from California — both anonymous enough that the producer name doesn't appear to matter to anyone involved. A seasonal rosé shows up occasionally, which is the closest thing to a thoughtful choice on this list. At $10–$15 a glass for brand-level juice, the value proposition is not strong.
Rosé by the glass — $12
If it's on, the seasonal rosé is your best bet — likely a Provence-style or domestic pour that at least gestures toward something intentional. Drink it cold on the deck and don't overthink it.
Prosecco by the glass
It's basic, yes, but a cold glass of Prosecco after a hard run down Corbet's Couloir is actually a pretty reasonable life decision. Manage expectations and it delivers.
House Cabernet Sauvignon
At $12–$15 a glass, you're paying après-ski prices for a wine that belongs on a grocery store shelf. The markup does not match the quality, and there are better ways to spend that money at this bar.
Rosé by the glass + Classic Cheeseburger
A cold, dry rosé has enough acidity to cut through a greasy cheeseburger after a morning on the mountain. It's not a revelation — it's just the least wrong call on a short list.
❌ The Bottom Line
RPK3 is a legitimately fun après-ski spot, but the wine list is not why you're here. Order a beer or a cocktail, enjoy the mountain, and come back to wine when you're somewhere that cares about it.
