First Impression

You're sitting under art deco ceilings with a sightline to Rodeo Drive, and the wine list arrives like it knows exactly where it is — all California, all confidence, no apologies. It's a Greatest Hits collection of Napa's most recognizable names, which will thrill half the table and bore the other half. This is a room built for Caymus and Opus One, and the list leans into that identity hard.

Selection Deep Dive

The list runs 200-350 bottles deep and reads like a love letter to California Cabernet — Stag's Leap, Silver Oak, Duckhorn, Jordan, Far Niente, Ridge Monte Bello, and yes, Screaming Eagle if you're feeling theatrical. Chateau Montelena adds a nod to Napa's origin story, and Far Niente covers the Chardonnay side of the ledger with class. What's missing is any real diversity — this list has virtually no Old World representation, no Rhône, no Burgundy to speak of, and zero adventure for anyone who didn't grow up worshipping at the altar of Napa Valley. It holds a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence since 2022, which tracks — the California program is genuinely well-curated even if the scope is narrow.

By the Glass

With 20-35 options by the glass, there's enough here to drink well without committing to a bottle — a meaningful win in a room where bottles easily run north of $100. The glass program skews toward the same California-forward roster, so don't expect any left-field pours. Rotation doesn't appear to be aggressive, but the quality floor is high enough that you're unlikely to get burned.

💰Best Value

Jordan Vineyard & Winery Cabernet Sauvignon — $14–$250 range

Jordan sits in the sweet spot of this list — a serious Alexander Valley Cab with decades of credibility, not the flashiest name on the menu, which means it probably isn't the most marked-up either. In a lineup that includes Screaming Eagle, Jordan is the smart play for anyone who wants to drink well without performing wealth.

💎Hidden Gem

Ridge Vineyards Monte Bello

In a list dominated by Napa, Monte Bello is the outlier — a Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet blend with genuine age-worthiness and a track record that rivals anything from the Napa Valley floor. Most tables here will reach for the obvious names and sleep on one of California's most important wines.

Skip This

Screaming Eagle

Yes, it's real. Yes, it's on the list. And yes, the markup in a Four Seasons hotel lounge on Wilshire Blvd will be punishing. Screaming Eagle belongs on this list for the theater of it, but ordering it here is paying a Beverly Hills premium on top of an already absurd cult wine price. There are better ways to spend that money, even at this restaurant.

🍽️Perfect Pairing

Caymus Vineyards Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon + Dry-Aged Bone Marrow Burger

Caymus Special Selection is plush, fruit-forward, and built for exactly this moment — a rich, fatty, umami-loaded bone marrow burger needs a wine that can match its weight without getting steamrolled. This pairing is unapologetically indulgent and completely in character for the room.

✔️ The Bottom Line

THE Blvd is where Beverly Hills comes to drink California Cab in a room that earns it, and the Wine Spectator credential is deserved within that narrow lane. If you want depth and adventure, look elsewhere — but if you want to drink Stag's Leap and eat a bone marrow burger while watching the Rodeo Drive crowd, this list will not let you down.
